I know fine well to expect nothin' but cheek from the Mittman. Orsy and Tommy were both running the relay with their respective teams and from what i heard they did well. I was just glad to finish the bleedin' thing, wee bit sore now though.

I know we're all itching to hear from Pugs but i'm sure as soon as he's able to move again his first action will be to let us know that he's still alive, just maybe not kicking.
Checked the results last night, i placed a provisional 351st of 1550 with a Chip time of 3:40:22. Considering my training and preparation consisted of mid-week matches only, i'm chuffed. Just thought i'd share that with you boys. ;D
Did any other forum members have a crack at the marathon or relay?

Not quite Mitty standard, but for an amateur you done OK It'll always be the dream and a standard i could only hope to achieve, Mitty. Some day though, i'll make it come true. Consider that a challenge... ...next year, of course ;D

Oh yes, i'm back, sugar-rushed up to the eyeballs with all the battered mars bars!! So expect a good 5 mins running out of me before the come-down kicks in. I put you and the rest of the lads at the Connor game down for £2 sponsorship if that's ok? Hint, hint. What kind of shape were we in against Braid? Right result tonight would be nice.

We're playing Steadfast at Galgorm, Lenny. Dunno about Michael but haven't seen much of him this season due to his other commitments. I'm sure Mitty could provide a better answer.

Wouldn't rule it out, Lenny. I was in the Motherland on Saturday and only heard the result via text and the forum. Michael mostly played up front for us last season and did a good job.

Ill bring a bag of sugar with me to keep ye goin. What shape were we in against Braid...em, a funny shape Arron (no left foot boy!) at left back! Seamy and Ally came on as well again. Except for that had a strong enough side out. Michael and Sam all available again tonight so should be grand Yip a nice wee win would set us up for play offs. Not too sure what you're hinting about though ;D

mitty, where is this game?? who do u play? is McQuitty playing?? available for selection I think is the term Lenny Aye he really fancies himself as a striker, He got his 6 games in nice and early for us but unfortunatley he hasnt been able to play many more. He actually had a wee suspicion he might get a game up front for B'money against the peelers on saturday Lenny. I kid ye not, says @ training on thursday he play up front and was on fire. Tell ye one thing about McQuitty, he loves his training!

Big tully and McQuitty hadnt scored all year, tully ended up playing like a striker and mcquitty as a left winger... 5 minutes to go, surgey clean through, takes it too wide of the keeper, ends up crossing it to the back post, tully is about to nod it in, mcquitty makes a burst for it, clatters tully, ball goes wide! keep him at the back out of the road.

I think he was more pissed off cause it meant he was supposed to buy a round for everybody that night!

A belated thank you to everyone who sponsored me for the marathon. A total of £270 was raised for Women's Aid of Antrim, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, Larne and Newtownabbey. The head office is located in Ballymena and provides a worthwhile service for local communities. They would also like to thank everyone for their contribution.
