The question is would it be good for football in Randalstown if there was a afternoon team? I do believe it would be a great step . Could anybody name a good afternoon 11 out of the three teams in Randalstown.

Would you not then be thinning the 'talent' that is in Randalstown or would you expect the current teams to field players in the morning and afternoon. Surely, you wouldn't except immigrants !!

Cat I think 1 team could go to the afternoon and that would leave 2 which I think would make them stronger and yes immigrants would be welcome |

This means if you take players from each of the Randalstown teams they wouldn't be allowed to play in the Morning if they have signed for this Afternoon team.

yes definately one team to go into the premier league would be a step forward. as anyone who goes to any home junior cup game will no there would be a bigger support in the afternoon, and playing at this time would suit alot of people for work. obviously this is seen a step up although im not sure if the quailty's any better that the sat morn 1st div.dnt no if any of the teams are thinking about it or which teams would even consider it. but me personnally would like the callenge.

Next season is the last season of the Ballymena Intermediate League then after that if you dont have a fence around your pitch or have proper changing room facilities you may go to a Saturday Morning League but the teams that do have these are stepping up in amoung Wakehurst, Ballymoney etc

We could call the team Sky Red Athletic and the managers AJS sounds like a old motor bike . I will start the team of buy naming the 4 goalkeepers . Paul Clarke Davy Reid Sam Foster and the Cat . Some of you computer experts set up a pole for goalkeepers , defenders ,mid , and forwards and members who vote give a reason why .
We could run this pole to the end of April and then see what we have . The left overs could then play this team and see how good they are!!

i dont doubt that..........in fact im sure i've commented in an old thread on this site that i rate Paul as one of the best keepers in the BSML...and i do.
By the way Weedo.........im sure they'd make a special place on the line where you could stand and watch !

The forwards for the afternoon team could be selected from C Dowie G Mott R Reid D Simple from Sky Blue's .
B Surgenor P Hurrel J Kitson W McKitt from Reds.
R Willigham S Hamilton J Beggs R Neill G McAteer from Athletic correct me if am wrong
