think fanatic's full of s**te. he obviously doesnt come near neilsbrook when the blues are playing.if he did he would look up and down the line and see the biggest support in the league especially during mid week games. that is one of the main reasons when your a young boy in randalstown it is a big thing to play for the blues, it is a big thing in the community. that is why alec has every rite to thing everyone wants to sign for the blues cos 9 times outta 10 they do!

wouldnt quite say the biggest support in the league weedo, no matter who was playing down the brook during the midweek games a big crowd would be there, so i dont think that it is solely the blues they are down to watch. the cup final athletic played in still holds the record for gate receipts taken in the league. and that from a great wee team that has never played a home match in the town

i agree if any player from the antrim area wants to come down and even train with the blues they will be made most welcome. even you cat .
as for ballymena players not being good enough for bmena, i do not agree at all. its the fact that most of them are spread around different clubs. if you took 15 of the best players from ballymena andwithin a surrounding 10 /15 mile radius you would have an absolutley brillaint team. i realise this will never happen and doesnt at any club but all i was saying is it would be nice if it did

just picked up something back4 said in another post about can a town like randasltown keep three teams going ithink they can but i think and the talk around he town is that those antrim and ballymena twats will come in and play for the randalstown teams dont think with the current amount of randasltown players 3 teams would survive. pathetic have brought so many antrim payers in that they might as well not be assoiated with the town the blues will always attract the good local talent but if another team gets into the 1st that might change three teams can survive but with blowins coming in to play for them Just went on this, and if anyone reading it is looking, FOR A LOCAL RANDALSTOWN LAD to play for a Randalstown Reds team let me know. As for the theory of players from outside clubs playing for other teams. If a lad 4m R'Town and a lad from Ballymena play for the Reds Surely the lad like me 4m randalstown is goin to have their heart for the club, rather than picking them because they feel they couldnt get into a team nearer themselves
