Graham Hume great young player strong composed good vision got hurt in motor bike crash will be back soon. David McCracken strong fast would tackle a lion! needs to work on his first touch but getting better every month .Scored 3 against Cullybackey. Scott Taylor this is a young player who is learning every week but needs to pick a team and give it his all

Scott you could not be more wrong . You are a young player who has improved a lot from I first saw you so you must be doing something right. But you seem to listen to player your own age which is wrong!. Looking at the Reds starting 11 can you say you are better than any of them . What I think you should do at your age is get your ass down and train learn from the older players and if a chance comes along take it and be part of the team be happy at that. Robin is not three times the player you are but he is happy at his team he talks about his team stands up for his team committed to his team at the moment

right, but i dont get on at the reds and never will so is that a hint to go find another team and try my best? Aye,... back4, the young players do need the odd game to break them into the league and give them some experience in playing. Without that, it can be demoralising training constantly and watching everyone around you succeed.

Pavel the pressure to stay at the top means you have to play your best team sorry but that is my view . Where has the days gone?, when the young players by standing on the line watching and learning have their team at heart. When i was 15 standing with the Sky Blues, i was just happy to be part of the team!

When i was 15 standing with the Sky Blues, i was just happy to be part of the team! Don't get me wrong, being a part of a team is good, but sometimes you can't help but get envious of others successes on the pitch and want to be given a chance to prove your worth to the team, which if you aren't given...there is only so much time that can go on before players start to lose faith in their team. ...I'm sure Scott would be happy to be playing as a sub every once in a while, as it means he's actually being given a chance. Your starting eleven should be as good as you can pick it, but more than enough times subs could be brought on to both change the course of a match and give the more inexperienced players more experience. Surely you wouldn't disagree with that ethos. I know if I was a manager of a football club I would be playing three subs in every game regardless of the scoreline to make sure that each player in the team at least gets a run out once in a while to test them, give them a chance to show their worth. Even if you bring someone on for the last twenty minutes...its giving them something to aim for. Five minutes once a month isn't going to make them feel good about the team, or improve them in any way.

i know wat your saying brian
of course your going to play your best team every week and of course its going to be hard to get on at a team thats top of the league and that wants to stay there
i no im not 3 times the player than scott is but your right he does need to pick a team and play for a team hes happy to play for evem if they may not be that good

I to started off on the bench with the Skyblues at 16 and was more than happy being a part of the set-up and it wasnt til i was 18/19 before i became a regular. Young lads these days think they need to start when they shouldnt really be if they arent better than the starting 11.

I dont think Weebirdie is 3 times the player than Redmagic......after seeing both of them in training and Robin during a game....i would say Weebirdie is 10 times better than red magic.
