Karma is a new feature...
Basically you can exalt (praise) a member or, smite (put down) a member.
If this feature is abused I will remove it,...so a word to all moderators, if someone is being picked on etc...let us know.
Obviously if the member is well liked, he will have positive karma, or if he is a disruption on the board he will have a negative karma.
Obviously we will have a bit of both, but if we see anyone with -125 karma after a day or two, we'll consider taking it away.
It's a feature that can be used to show your appraisal of other members, please don't abuse it...
Oh and thanks to Jonah for reminding me...you can only give 1 point of Karma every 3 hours or so.
