it will be a good game lads and as you say weedo the "foreigners" from both sides will want to win technically i'm a "foreigner" and i know how much it will mean to me and also hoping it is a mid-week game as the crowd will add to the tension but personally i think we will equal the games for the season at 1-1

You think cos you and Weedo have played in a couple of 1st division cups that you have experience  You obviously have no idea who plays for Athletic and the experience they bring......players you have played in all respected BSML division cups/finals......players who have played in 1a of the Amatuer league....some have played in the Co. Antrim Shield & Bass Irish cup. Most have played in big derby game.....so if experience is the key......we should win easily. However realistically.....this will be a tight one to call  |

The pressure here is on the Reds if they are going for promotion. We have really nothing to lose except bragging rights. The Reds will find us a tough team.........no doubt as we will find the Reds tough (well except my player who playing against Junior, then it will be easy for him)

Just thought Id keep you up to speed ,we dont want you making a fool of yourself for yet another time ;D |

I removed all the other nonesence as it was getting out of hand. Its was all banter that got out of hand. On the game, I have absolutely no doubt it will be a difficult game but we as a team are really looking forward to it and will try hard to avenge the defeat earlier in the season. i have to agree with weedo when he says you are bein a bit unfair on junior i grew up playin football with junior and also played with him at the reds and have to say on his day he can be a very good player i know if i get the job of marking him that day it won't be an easy time

Wheres all ur medals cat? and not eating ones.How many bsml medals do u have? ur back was that sore playing 1st division football cos u were picking the ball out of the net that many times that u jumped a sinking ship(or maybe ate it). u joined athletic cos ur bro took over and if it wasnt for the average defence ud be picking the ball out alot more. wot medals have u won?
Barry Mott has played for the biggest club in RANDALSTOWN. and also think ul find that dobie young the carniny manager tried to sign him. cant be that bad if the biggest club in saturday morning league history try to sign u?
Junior won the carlsberg cup and the top 4 trophy with Sky Blues. Man of the match in the carlsberg cup final. well close between him and young eddie. both young players marked 'sooty'millar and phillip mcburney off the pitch that nite as we destroyed raceview in their last ever bsml match.
The facts are there, so dont slate anyone just cos theyre slatting ur big bro!ur being a bit harsh. For ur sake i hope he doesnt have one of his better games in the derby match or u could find urself watching a junior celebration rite in front of u.
Hes not the strongest player, but in my opinion is one of the best crossers of a ball in the bsml and is quite pacey too. hes not afraid to track back to help out his defence either.
Abit of respect goes along way. u have none cat and itll jump up and bite u very shortly

Best up and coming team? U really are having a laugh. Wot about Ballykeel? If im not mistaken, did they not run away with the 3rd Division last year? and are they not going to win the 2nd this year and get promoted to the 1st? how long have athletic been in the 2nd division or do u not know ur own clubs history?
That could be a new thread. Whos the biggest up and coming team in the bsml?- Ballykeel or Randalstown Athletic?
