No words to truly describe what we have achieved, tonight and throughout this competition. On our budgets, compared to those of basically all other competitors
At this Level, it really is amazing that we've managed to make it through the groups!
To think the likes of big spending Man City finished bottom of their group with their transfer fees and wages is hard to fathom.

Great result but Benfica will grab 2nd spot i believe but deffo Europa lge for you's might get Ajax again ;-).Was this attendence a 1 off or besides Spartak at home will we see it again? i can see a WEE bit of confidence back again on this thread . :-)ps Barca are not the best team in the world stop it.There defence is poor.They aint lge champions of Spain never mind Europe.They struggled against Spartak to.Bayern Munich is the team Benfica and Bacelona want to avoid knockouts ;-) |

Norwich preparing a bid for Hooper.. He'd be a brilliant buy for them but IMO he could play for a lot bigger English club than Norwich. Apparently he's not gonna sign a new deal so sell him to the highest bidder ASAP! |

Id love to him to sign for the saints, and I can see us maybe putting a new bid in for him, but he'd be far better playing the season out up there, play the champions league games and win the league then at send of season see if these clubs are still in EPL and go from there. Defintely could see him playing for a good solid team like Everton ..... or Southampton ;D What price range do you reckon hes at? Id go 6- 8 million. |
