It's alot of your teams first go at the first division. It is a lot harder than the second regardless of what anyone says. The teams are better, the players wiser and generally the ability levels are higher. I think you have enough quality at the Waveney to stay up so relegation is out of the question as far as I can see. This year will be about finding your feet and getting usede to things. You have a good set up as well which is important. Defo see you staying up and making yourselves a first division club. Good Luck....

I think any club who has moved up to the first div this season, ourselves included, the main objective will be to avoid relegation. We have found out ourselves in previous seasons there is quite a gap between 1st & 2nd divisions in general.
But good luck to Wavney for the season, looking forward to our fixture.

I would agree fish that the 1st is a step up for any team coming from the second, but what I saw of first division teams languishing in the bottom half of the first division last season, I thought there was not that much difference between them and the top 6 teams in the second. Think that was also proved last year by the amount of first division teams knocked out of cup competitions by 2nd division team. But I do admit the 1st is a step up.
As for Waveney, think they will be in the bottom half and in fact may find it difficult. Thats unless they have added to their squad from last season. But I wish them the best of luck for the coming season
