Fair result for both teams on sat. Good fair and clean game.
The game couldve went either way for both teams, and to be honest I think the result was justice for both of the sides.
Good result! C'mon the Waveney!

Totally agree with you mate. It was a decent team of football with both sides playing nice football in spells. Like you say we both had a fair few chances and either team could have won it but a draw was fair.
Glad to get this fixture out of the way as we've had our share of problems beating you lately.

The reason we prob have a bad day is cause you have a good team. I think that your front to that started on sat are the best ive played against this season so that in itself is going to cause trouble.

no man, didnt get the chance! you kno if i get too far up the field that i get dizzy and feel Faint and usually get a nose bleed! haha! Mr. Pele, this is the match report from Demesne game: SAMMY MOORE TROPHY Waveney Swifts 3, Demesne Star 0: Swifts went into this game with a 5-0 lead from the first leg, but started with the attention of scoring more goals. The game opened very evenly until on ten minutes disaster struck for Demesne youngster Darragh Boreland when, while on an attack, the youngster broke his leg when his studs got stuck in the turf. After a 45 minute delay the game resumed and Swifts then all but booked their place in the next round when they took the lead on 35 minutes when Ryan Burnet broke down the left and his cross was glanced home by Craig Reid to make it 1-0. The game improved greatly in the second half with Swifts dominating and they doubled their lead on the hour mark when Alyn Shaw hit a thunderous strike from all of 40 yards which found the roof of the net. Swifts completed the scoring five minutes later when a good move down the left involving Alyn Shaw, Darren Wilson and Ciaran Lemon released Alyn Shaw whose shot fell to Craig Reid who fired home from 10 yards. Swifts the made a few changes but they still could have added to their lead with both Craig Logan and Gareth Burnside coming close ;D as Swifts cruised into the next round!! ;D
