will be a tough one for u but i still think u's can def finish in the top two....u are better team than westend and if u can collect points against glenarm and lisnafillan u's will be landed

They finished below us last season and had very little up front when we played them |

Actually its slightly shorter! ;D I see your point but we have a some new players also, unfortunately the only time we have played together is against inver. Why is it you think Waveney are better than us? They finished below us last season and had very little up front when we played them I think on ur day u (westend) can beat anyone in the third but i just feel that waveney will be more consistent overall and so finish higher up the table. also waveney are more physical and this will help them in the bigger games against the teams round them, and waveney are also better at the back with a good midfield. agree with u they lack a bit of punch upfront |

Agree with u herbs, We have good forwards but just are not consistent enuf, so this game on sat will be a major test.

will be a tough game for waveney, being away and coming a week after glenarm's 5-2 victory over division 2 leaders Randalstown! Its a hard place to get a result, Id take a draw personally! If you can keep your man cyril quiet in the middle of the park then you stand a chance. Get yourselves well up for it at the start because they score a hell of alot of goals in the first 20 mins!

Cheers Rab, yeah your man cyril is a class act. Glenarm looked like the favourites in my opinion but this will be a tough test for boths sides.

ur wee man mcfadden is quite dangerous, think he would be more effective through the centre playing off a bigger striker rather than stuck out the left

naw he is a better winger cos he can take on a man. Needs to sharpen up on his finishing but is a good option to have if u use him up front.

Glenarm 3 Waveney 1
Bad result for the waveney but we have to get our heads down and ready for our next match!
Ciaran Lemon and Sam done well in middle of the park on sat, and Big Wilson done well up front in the first half, hitting the bar with a volley on his LEFT foot!
Thought we let in 2 'soft' goals in first half, and losing Davy 2 mins into the game didnt help us either!
Cant waste any more points now, again, lets get the heads down and ready for the next match!!

Yeah McFadden is a good player but if use are playing him on the Wing then use will have to learn him to come back and defend.
