The best side we have played all season without doubt. Cyril McCosh, the bald centre forward and the left sided player were immense on saturday. No reason why u's shouldn't be up there at the end of the season. good luck.

yes cyril mccosh is a great player for glenarm, won 3rd div player of year, the bald player upfront must be johnny black and the left side would prob be gareth hastings.i have watched the rovers a few times this season and last and they are looking very strong side with alot of players that could walk into a higher league side.up the rovers!

Wouldn't say Glenarm were hard done to but they did give Carniny a great match. The only dodgey decision was Carniny's first goal and it was one of those "did the keeper have the ball in his hands or not" situations. The keeper was about to kick it out of his hands when the Carniny striker nicked it off him and put it in the back of the net. In fairness to the ref he spoke to both sides and said he could only give what he could see and he hadn't seen anything wrong. It was a decision that on one saturday would go against you and on another would go for you. Carniny should have had a penalty in the second half but the ref decided on a free kick. Glenarm did hit the bar and the follow up should have been put away but in the end Carniny weathered the storm of a very good Glenarm in the first 15-20 mins and probably just about deserved to go through. Fair play to Glenarm. They will give any 1st Division team a good game and all the best to them for the rest of the season.

its was not that the ref did not see anything wrong he did not see the thing full stop he had his back to it, if you ask your own player he will tell you himself that he cheated but if thats the sort of player he wants to be thats up to him. Apart from that Carniny defense were very solid the bald sweeping at the back was outstanding.

well done today lads after a long layoff without a game, i thing it showed a bit but i still feel we should have took all 3 points today but we were just caught sleeping or not on our toes whatever you want to call it for pretty much every goal they scored but its a good result all the same considering we never played to the standard we have been this season.
