Think its 10 points out of last 4 games so season starting to pick up. 6/7 points from next 3 games would be handy but 3 tough games.
Wakehurst Athletic who beat Cullybackey.
Then Carniny FC who first team to take points off Interstars.
Then Shore who seem to be one of favourites for the league.
Looking forward to them as long as wakehurst doesn't get too much rain.

I not sure if it the same in all divisions but saturdays results shows in the 3rd any result is possible.
2 more games and we will have played everyone and be half way through the season, hard to believe.
After starting off with 2 defeats in league we couldn't have done much better than where we are now

Great result today lads. Carniny were a decent side and look much better than their league position suggests. On a personal note I'm delighted that we fought back after I was at fault for their goal. Another result against Shore and it will be a Black Christmas!

Was a really good result. Will be interesting to see how the goal gets described in the match report. Probably be about 5 pages long. A win against Shore would make the table look good.

Only wed but if weather keeps same there will be no chance of a game on Saturday. We only have something like 13 league games left to play so surely we won't end up playing 3 a week at end of season. Are we a lot further on with the league this year or is there less teams or what?

Thursday is forecast to be dry and Friday only light rain so fingers crossed the game will be on.
Last year most games were rained off in December, January and February ... plus there were two less league matches (one less team).
If we get a couple of cup runs then we'll have plenty of games after Christmas don't worry about that.
I'll be gutted if game is off this Saturday - we have a bit of momentum at the moment.

Yeah, we need all the games we can get at the minute! Remember two seasons ago when we were going really well in the league until the mid-season break and then we were s**te and couldn't really get going again. Think Sat's game could be doomed tho!  |
