They are a well organised side and quite solid at the back. They will give you boys a few good games. We can't slate them too much as they beat us 2-1 earlier in the season.

mc clay the assist is surely mine, although it was a good kick as usual, because their two centre backs were more intrested in halfing me than getting the ball allowing bert to nip in. good strength from the wee turk to win the ball also.
the westend boys were on the whole dead on as usual, arine was excellt and very hard to get past when he was sweeper, big bolan was also in good form, and it was a good, if unglamorous game, the first half was really piss.
its a pity that a couple of their players let their frustrations boil over at the end, cussy was a complete tool the whole match, he really really needs to cut his hair, its soooooooooooo gay.

Well played Blackstone. Thought Deano and R Fleck were excellent on Sat. Must have been a crap game for the neutral to watch - can only remember 3 chances (all of which were yours). Anyway, all the best for the rest of the season.

Anyway, all the best for the rest of the season. Have to agree Dave, game was very tight with chances at a premium for both sides. Definitely thought we shaded the game though. Also would like to add that although there has always been an undercurrent of bad feeling between the two sides there are players on your side who never fail to carry themselves with dignity and avoid all the slabbering/bad challenges such as yourself, arnie, timmy etc. Also thought you and ritchie came in for some very harsh treatment from your own team on saturday. Strange considering on my reading from your website West End probably wouldn't be in the top half of the table without your goals. Also have to say that i thought that from back-to-front the Blackstone looked more organized than ever and it's amazing how well chop can play when he can walk in a straight line and can actually see both ends of the field.

Agree with whats being said here, Game was tight on sat but B'stone deserved to win based on the few chances you created in the second half.
We offered very little going forward as a team(and in my opinion its no the fault of our strikers) and never really looked like getting a goal. B'stone were well organised at the back and was impressed by 'Kipper' in the middle of the park. Very Solid. Didn't miss much on the air or on the ground.
Anyway Blackstone V Westend would be a good game for the play off final- assuming we get into the play offs

Brilliant last statement bout chopper Deano, made me laugh out loud! Have to agree with Deano Dave, you carried yourself well as always on Saturday and have no idea where the rest of your team get off giving you and your fellow striker such abuse - they wouldnt be anywhere near the position they are in now without your goals. Feel free to come to the Blackstones training sessions, we'll nuture your talent and give you nothing but encouragement. ;D And goodness me could we not do with a 20 goal a season striker!

westend-athletic.co.ukClick on the link above and you'll see that Westend are actually above Blackstone in the league Think Westend's webmaster is clearly in denial

Youre funny Sondooler! Here you should be trying to get on everyones good side cause it'll soon be time to choose the selection committee for next year and lets face it with Kippers recent form if youre not on it next year then you aint getting a game! ;D And your face was shut.

11 wins and 3 draws thus far suggests that the selection committee hasn't made too many mistakes this term Earlier in the season you'll recall that I dropped myself for a couple of games.... so not being on the committee might actually help my prospects ;D ...as for Kipper (who ain't fit to lace my shoes ;D).. who recruited him anyway... only your number 1 selection committee member

Ive always thought thats its the players on the pitch who do the job rather than any Selection Committee. Lets face it, our starting 11 pick themselves [literally in your case!!] ;D

When did this term begin? Was it after we lost to Templepatrick or whats going on?

Think I've figured it out, but for a while there I thought we had gone on a 14 game winning streak!
Perhaps I'll stop drinking at lunchtime!
Feel free to smite me Lazio, although I must warn you. If you smite me down I will become more powerful than you can ever imagine

if you look at the bottom of the table it says when it was last updated the 22/2/06.

I won't lower myself to smiting (even though you put a good case for yourself). term=season ...but if its current form you want then 5 league wins and 2 draws (albeit two games that we should have won) ain't bad. P.S. The Templepatrick games don't count as I didn't partake in either of them The world hates a smug git but I love myself right now so screw the world!

I'd like to see if you have as many doners chasing your short ass . I don't really see what i did wrong tbh. Yes its a game against a rival so there's added tension but i have to be vocal (i am the manager after all) and you seemed to be the one starting alot of the scuffles that went on not me! I have nothing against Blackstone, i took the game as an important game in the context of the league positions as well as the rivalry. As i told our lads after the game you have to take the good with the bad in football and we still have a good chance to redeem our season despite recent events!

hold on a wee minute cussy, few facts for you, your memory seems as bad as your attitude on the pitch, 1. you were notably a twat, your tackling was dangerous and has been every time weve played 2. im all for rivallry, for example bolan and i had a good hard battle all game but it wasnt dirty 3. you were the one in the first half who stepped it up by telling me to f**k off for trying to flick the ball back to your throw in taker. i maybe shouldnt have told you to cut your hair, but im only trying to help you with the "doners" and im more than happy to put my short ass up in competition to you in that deparment any time ;D 3, yes ok i reacted to getting totally blind sided, i shouldn't have squared up to your man but it was ridiculously late, ive got a short fuse, s**t happens. same when blaney got rugby tackled in the corner (i thought we were the jocks?) again probably not worth squaring up but by that stage both sides were pretty fired up, again s**t happens, no harm done, we're all big boys. i really enjoy matches against you boys, its our derby i guess, timmy, arnie, evan, gary mac, big bolan, burnie etc all great lads and good hard footballers, but not dirty. what i dont understand cussy, is your attitude. you huff, are one of the worst tacklers in the league and generally turn into a ballroot. why? your a good player and should be better than all that s**te. face = shut
