there is a great phrase i heard from an ancient chinese scholar which suits this situation perfectly, "ching wa, nang chaow, hseng ba"
which literally means
GO f**k YOURSELVES!!!!!!

We train on a Tuesday night 7-9pm at Muckamore tennis courts, you are more than welcome to come along, and if you are interested you can sign.
