With the season over I have stepped down as manager of Massereene Swifts F.C.

It has been a long season with many lessons learned, and although it hasn't been the season i'd of wanted, i have still enjoyed my time here.

Taking over the Swifts will be Harry Jackson. A player who signed for us half way through the season, and who has had some very impressive performances. He is a guy that I believe can bring a lot of change to the club. New faces, and renew the will to win. Top guy that i know will do a good job.

Football dinner is planned for Friday the 8th June at Ellie Mays
All players to be there.

Rewards consist of:-

Player Of The Year (As voted by the referees)
Players Player Of The Year
Managers Player Of The Year
Top Goalscorer Award
Most Improved Player Award

This will be a great night, no doubt, I hope to see all players attend.

Holy fook Pughole......did my Stop the Rot campaign work. jez i was only messing. what you up to next season then.....a return to TFC? How come Karl didn't take over?

Yeah Catman, your stop the rot campaign forced me out. The continuous banners and chanting outside my house had nothing to do with it ;D

I knew Harry was keen to take over, so i offered the post to him.

From what i have heard so far, he has been doing well, bringing players in, and fair play.

My plans for next season will be decided after June, when i finish my B. Then, if the NI job is still on offer, i'll apply for it n see what happens.

Dont want to commit to anything, and then get the call i'm after, and have to cancel and pull out. I'm a man of my word, unlike some, so i'll wait before deciding.

No. We have our awards night that night, as you can see at the top of this thread lol

I take it your not the secretary rafc? I mean, not being to read n all lol

Our tickets will be purchased, as anyones has to be, to get the signing on forms for next season, but unless Harry feels the need to attend the dinner, which he may do i dont know, everyone will be at Ellie Mays
