What a game this promises to be against a team I tipped to do well this season , and they have got away to a good start and any team with players like G Bonnes in it have to be strong .We are up for the challenge and have players ourselves who can hopefully hurt them ,so should be a good game and one we are looking forward to.

An unbelievable result. I don't think I can ever remember Randalstown Sky Blues getting beat by so much. Talking to a few Sky Blues payers last night and they were saying that they played poorly and Homers were excellent. The result sort of sums that up ;D.
Know however that they were slightly embarrassed so think next week will see a much improved performance.

was shocked mysef to hear this result, the homers seem to have a team who can beat anyone on their day, they must now be favourites.

Loads of rumours flying around Antrim last night about RSB - a player revolt, certain players leaving, Quigley getting the blame for bringing in too many Antrim based players and Alex's is in turmoil about his "great wee team".
I hear Quigley was nowhere to be seen last night in his usual Antrim haunts and there was a queue of his "fans" waiting for him.

Well Mate I have to agree we didn't play like a great wee team on Saturday ,nor have we got anything near what we are capable of yet this season ,but all credit to Homers who I thought were very good on Saturday and certainly deserved to win by that margin although it was hard to watch and embarrassing ,but we all have to take it on the chin and work hard to put it right and I'm sure you know with being with Castletown its a thin line between success and failure so it doesn't take much to put it right I am the one who signs the players in the team not Paul so if you want to have a go at anyone I'm afraid its me mate ,but I have total faith in all the players at the club and in all the new ones who have signed this season and I have no doubt it wont be long till we are turning in the performances we are capable of Its also nice to know Paul has still his fan base over there

I saw about an hour of your match on saturday but had to leave as I had another wee job to do. Youse weren't at the races at any time during the time I was present. I would go as far to predict that whoever finishes above the Homers will win the league this season. I was mighty impressed by them. I have to say Alex, youse looked like a team in turmoil, you have some good players who for whatever reason aren't performing at the moment. From my recollection of RSB over the years you always had a predominance of Randalstown based players. Maybe the Randalstown / Antrim mix isn't working. Sometimes it's difficult to see the wood for the trees. As regards Quiggs getting the blame that comment came out of your club from some of your players after the players meeting last week. I don't know said it but it appeared to be common knowledge around Antrim on Saturday night. BTW, I still don't know where you get the connection between me and Castletown. I'm not "with them" as you put it. I could hardly be in 2 places at the same time now could I? From what I saw it was quite a big fan base. They were quite a few people disappointed by his non appearance.

That certain young Connor player was training with the Reds last week......along with 35 other players.... ;D ;D ;D He might have a better chance of getting onto the Sky Blues at the moment But I suppose we will have to wait and see.......heard that the Connor manager will not sign the transfer form. Any truth

i have to agree that the two lads not only gentlemen on and off the pitch but are fair players. i for one am very sad to hear of them leaving connor, what ever team gets these players are getting a good addition to their teams, i have also heard that geoff wont sign the transfer forms but i reckon he could be persuaded by the right person.. i have watched young mervyn play from youth football and has always impressed me , he has to be one of the coolest players iv seen , he knows himself that their would always be a place for him at connor afternoon team but he seems intent on playing sml.
