Connor Rangers 4-3 Randalstown FC
Well for starters the pitch was terrible. It was hard for both teams to get the ball down and play half decent football.
The match kicked off and nothing could seperate both teams they were committed in every tackle. It was the Reds who got the opening goal with a very well taking finish. Rangers hit back about 10mins later with a through ball for Chrissy Clail who went on and slotted under the big keeper. Then 5mins from the Half the same player was cue for Rangers and his second goal of the game. The second half started the same as the first with Reds pulling it back to 2-2 each. From there on it was game on. Both teams pushed forward and with 20mins remaining Mervyn Crawford picked the ball up and played a one-two with Darren Trainor on the edge of the box and went on to slide it passed the keeper. Then straight from kick off the Reds went straight up the field and equalised once again. With 5mins remaining on the clock Paul McGovern swung a great corner in and was met very well by subsitute Darren Trainor who headed it into the roof of the net and grabbed Rangers the 3points.

Super Rangers did not know Bremner was a Connor supporter could this be the start of a soured relationship

I do believe you are a fan of any team that beats the Reds so up to now that is 2 Thats not true Brian..... it was a good result for Connor and I would have said that if they had beaten Ballykeel or Riverdale. |

Well we have beaten Riverdale already this season 5-4 and the teams stronger now than it was when we played them earlier on in the season.
