1. Davey 'stoker' McIllveen 2. Geoff McIllveen 3. Colin Woods 4. Philip Shanks 5. Ian 'Studzy' McIllveen 6. Gordy McCartney
Thats 6 players who aye have always remembered that would never of pulled out of a 50/50 challenge and were all solid players. There would be quite a few more but just aren't in my head at the minute.

you guys would be to young to remember players like big dennis rodgers, jimmy skid scott the brilliant glynn carson. more recently melly trainor and brother lyndon. and not forgetting colin woods , big johnney millar who i believe to be one of the best footballers to pull on a shirt for either of the two connor teams.. these guys would never pull out of a 50-50 challenge..

i was wondering if anyone can remember jock waddell playing for connor rangers.. he again was a player who would never have pulled out of a 50/50.. small in stature but an awesome player another guy who gave his heart and sole.. was a connor player for many years for both rangers and the afternoon team.

Yeah aye remember Jock playing but never thought he was one for the 50-50's. He usually popped up with the odd goal direct from a Corner Kick.
