Season just finished and I'm already looking forward to next season, this is the time of year when we plan who we can bring in, that will improve us, and who maybe will be leaving ,I was more than happy with my young squad last season and if I can hold onto the majority of them I will be very happy and because they have a lot of improvement still to come I try to target a limited number of players to come in so I can at the same time stay loyal to the ones that are there and not hinder their improvement . We play in a very tough league so trying to get it right can be the difference between success and failure ,which is the challenge I enjoy ,it is also a buss when you get a player in you want and a disappointment when it doesn't come off, so fingers crossed this year  |

Cant wait to see what the blues have up their sleeves for next season,should be a few surprises thats for sure!

Speculation is rife in the weekly times that a stephen nichol has been approached by the blues for next season. Nichol's agent claims the player wants first team football next season, however personal terms could be a problem with the player claiming a first division winners medal this season with castletown and adding a further two cup winners medals, the o'kane and carlsberg, he could demand more money ;D |
