How things are changing

Was talking to a fella in work 2 day and he was telling me that the selection Dilemma's have shifted from the Glencloy management to the Carnlough Management team. 22 players at training, thats a far cry from the a few weeks back when United was struggling 2 find 11 players. What has changed, even that day against st comgalls i only counted 1 sub. Who is the regular starting 11 for Carnlough these days anyway. Saw a few faces I never recognised when they played the swifts in the friendly at christmas. Would I be right to say that Carnlough United just had the bare 11 and the swifts seemed to have 10 subs.

I understand a few of the Swifts fringe players have joined United. The Swifts friendly on Boxing Day wasn't against Carnlough. It was a Mullaghsandal/Aughagash select team. (Footballing Farmers FC). They just borrowed the United strip for the day. Their battling 2-2 draw suggests that farmers CAN play football.

I think maybe thats the boxing day game ur talking about, no I am talking about the game the Sat after that. I think the swifts won 5/6-1. Thats the day I saw all the subs on the line for the swifts. From what I saw in the first half Carnlough more than held their own. The swifts prob deserved to win it but I was surprised how well Carnlough played considering they are at the foot of the third division and the swifts are title contenders for the second division.

think theres a few ones up from waterfoot maybe they are in starting team now not sure
