well got off the mark 2night with the first three points of the league campaign. Two goals from Andy Thompson sealed the victory.

Connor will hardly need a Key for there Changing Rooms when its being played at your Ground. The match was scheduled to be played at Connors ground but someone else had the keys tonight hence the match had to be changed to our pitch. ;D |

Overall it was a very tight on the small pitch at the forum. Abbeyview went one nil up after around 25 minutes only to let the lead slip 10 minutes later.
The second half was not as tight with Abbeyview having more clear cut chances to win the game but Andy Thompson scored his second from a good 30 yards out with the ball looping over the keeper and into the net. A good hard 3 points to start us of at last.
I will however note that the ref was absolutely crap. Poor is an understatement. Didn't give 1 offside all match yet occasions he was only 15 yards away from the action. Not to mention the 7 or 8 minutes of injury time he played.

what a battle this was great to c 3 pts on the bored! small pitch did not help us at all pity now that we have a break in fixtures would have been nice to carry ths on

it is due to there are 6 players unavailable for selection but there was plenty of strength and depth throughout the sqaud to play it.

ture we had players missing but to be honest a few of them may not get to many starting appearances throughout the season.
