I am finding pre-season dead on so far. Thank god I didn't just lay around all over the break and actually went running/gym a good bit. lol

my legs are like jelly this morning. i was alright after tuesdays session but im definitely feeling the burn lol!
gutted we only have 22 games this year. season will be over in no time!

Mines are a bit sore, Andy was saying there will be a lot more ball work on sat and it won't be as hard so we will get a bit of a break.
I know I am raging too, but we have a massive chance of winning the league AND doing well in the cup this year so hopefully it will turn out to be a good season for us.

The big guy is andy dalton. New to the club but very very good and a real decent fella. Will defo help us push on this year and hopefully make a big push for promotion. Great to have someone concentrating on the coaching side of things.

Was saying he had to stop playing the last day I was talking to him. Good to see him involved in the coaching. |

he seems a decent fella, and every training fo far has been a little different which is good to see.
though it was funny seeing him turn up with a liverpool top on, then pull a chelsea top on over the top of it lol!!
he takes some of the pressure off Bobby too, who can now focus on picking the team.
big season for us and we've made a few good signings. hopefully we keep the players we have and get off to a good start when the season kicks off.

Why have we pulled out of the Seven Towers friendly? It means we only play 3 friendlies before the season starts.
One of them is away in Belfast at 2pm on a sat where many people prob wont be able to make. Match fitness is very important going into a new season too.

i'm not sure. bobby text me last week asking for Billy's number to rearrange it, but i guess a different time didnt suit towers (i think they have quite a few friendlies organised already). i never heard for def we had pulled out of it, who told you that?

We had it rearranged for the 22nd, but herbie told me this morning that we called it off so they are playing penerol now instead.
Gutted, I can't wait to start playing again I swear.

mark would have been a great signing and to be honest if towers pull off all these signings they have lined up then there are bound to be boys looking to move away from them. they cant keep everyone happy.
