Carnlough 2-1 Abbeyview
Goal Roy
Didn't do enough to win it in all honesty having said that two massive decisions went against us at 1-1 that could have changed the game. Fair play to carnlough though they deserved it and were very dignified in victory especially their captain dunga. Well done lads

Yous started very well and Cocky was causing us all sorts of trouble in the first half. Got to grips with him a bit better in the second half but he's a smashing player. Re the pen and offside goal it's hard to judge from the dugout. Pen id say was more of a coming together but Roy definitely didn't deserve the card and in the other box id have been roaring for it. Your offside goal and ours I don't know. Stevie maintains he was onside for ours but I can't judge it as I was fifty yards away and Hook was fifteen so just have to accept it. Tough game and those decisions could easily have gone the other way. Good luck for your remaining games and hopefully we'll meet again as first division teams next season. |
