Great honour for Arthur in the paper today, presented the Services to Sport award from Deputy Mayor Mrs Adger....two great local heroes Arthur and Liam Neeson both honoured in the one week, it has given the whole borough a lift in these gloomy economic times...

Must concur here Ratistuta. It was awful nice of Arfur to take a low key ceremony and let the lesser known Liam Neeson take all the hype.

They have been rivals for years, Arthurs best work was probably as Casey Ryback in Under Siege whereas Liams finest hour was as Oscar Schindler in Schindlers list....but then at least Arthur can say he always played the good guy in his movies.

Good point sir! Things are going to get worse between them now. I have it on good authority that the next Taken movie will 'star' Arthur with Liam only getting a backing role...at least it sounded like that. Apparently they're calling it Taken f**k All, with Arthur stating ''I'll show that St Pats dwelling bastart how you save yer family...by letting no Frigger near them''. |
