Time for a shake up lads far too many staff that have been non existent for far to long and should be given the boot.
Northend for a start haven't even got a moderator and with our thread 1 of the most popular on here i find it only right a reformed clown should be giving the nod along with a few other regular users being promoted. Get her sorted

We are currently discussing ways of improving the forum. This will certainly be one of the options. As you say, a lot of people aren't online enough to do anything although there hasn't been a lot to monitor recently. And also, there'd need to be less slegging of the Fishster's time on the line if yer looking my support in any moderation role ye big bawbag!!  Hopefully we can get the right people online to have their say and put plans in place to revamp the site somewhat. |

One of the options being discussed is adding a new section dedicated to transfers locally. We might call it something like "The Kenneth Neilly Suite" and have Kenneth Wright moderate it.We'll get Kenneth whitbread to scout general opinion of our members before making a final decision.

You will find that Im still in charge and any mod that would be appointed will be discussed and agreed with all the head mods, so anyone who has breached Forum rules would be at a disadvantage.
