Looking for something to do on a Friday night? Why not come along to Ballymena Showgrounds 3G pitch and enjoy a kick around!
It's not often you get a chance to play for FREE football on the best playing surfaces in this day and age but that is what Carniny Amateur & Youth FC in conjunction with the Department of Justice have arranged for local youths between the age of 15 and 19. The club is set to launch its ten week programme called TEENAGE KICKZ on Friday 25th January and will carry on until Friday 29th March, 7.30-9pm each Friday night. The evenings are aimed at giving local youths something to participate in on a Friday and are in the format of small sided games on the 3G pitch at Ballymena Showgrounds. Players aged between 15 and 19 that are interested should just turn up with appropriate training gear and non metal stud football boots. Changing facilities are available each evening.
