Didn't look like an elbow to me more of a slap as his arm was extended.
Second head butt is a disgrace and the lad done well to stay restrained.

Don't think there was much in the elbow incident...first headbutt was more a gesture but the second was vicious and totally uncalled for, actually quite sneaky as he his hands out like he's chatting and throws it without warning.
Agree the lad who took the second one did very well!
