Thought I would start a thread in here for any comments on last nights game. I know the comments will probably centre around the ref who seemed to have an absolute nightmare. He's normally a bit more even but everything and I mean everything that Carniny and their line called for was given. Even when Frenchy tackled Rab Wright, won the ball with a hard but perfectly fair challenge and Rab grabbed him round the head as he lay on the ground, the line wanted Frenchy booked and the ref was about to do it until he caught himself on.
Fair play to Carniny. They played the game, claimed for everything, took everything quickly which caught Rovers out on a number of occasions but did not deserve to win the game, never mind by 2 clear goals.

There is so much that could be said about last nights game but in the end its not worth it.
The top teams always seem to have an undue influence on referees, even more so when they are their ex-players.
Our team battled hard all night in a massive improvement from tuesday's defeat at home to Enkalon and to have all that good work ruined by a biased referee is just hard to take.

In 3 words "a f**kin joke"  We deserverd the 3 points but its been the same story all year!! We gave them a two goal start then battled back into it!! I thought we had claimed the points with 10 minutes 2 go but the the referee took over and gifted the 3 points to carniney!! We are safe anyway so we were just playin for confidence leadin into the two cups!! Another good cup run this year hopefully. But lets go one further than last year lads  Congrats on ur promotion VanBasten ;D ;D ;D |

absolutely shoching
it was a tough game and we fought well and had a fair possesion of the ball. and were doing some good pases through their defence. its a hard one to swollow. i just cant believe that theref thought that he was being fair it must have hit him that he was absolutely crap. So disheartening but lets take the only positive that we can take and that is that we played well. we sure be playing to at laest that standard every game and then we would be above mid table. just need to concentrate more when we play myself included and get some confidence in our own abilities.
