Michelin 1- 1 Northend

As expected it was a very tough game today and although we missed some absolute sitters in the last 20 minutes and conceded with a minute left , think a draw was a fair result today.

Not really much between the teams first half, northend probably played the better football at times and both teams hit the bar in the half too.

2nd half started off much the same though we created a few good chances, Mcquitty shot wide one on one, Aaron saved one on one from greeny and Crilly missed an open net from a yard out after another good save from arron. We took the lead with about 5 minutes when Gareth hill headed home a great free kick from Greeny. Not too sure who scored for Northend but scored with about a minute left.

Gotta say was impressed with Northend, battled hard and played some good football too. All the best lads.

Bear got the equaliser for us. Draw was a fair result in the end good match. Losing that would of been a sickner lol

Good solid point for the northenders with results going for them in around them.

We missed some serious chances and again lack of cocentration late on, but to be fair to north end I don't think they deserved to lose! Draw a fair result! Good luck to north end this season

We were guilty of a few sitters ourselves, we needa stop giving away silly freekicks in our half.
