good result from Sat, we played well at times and good to see a few goals scored, from 4 different players too.
The pitch there is terrible, not even close to being flat and the grass should have been cut weeks ago! on another note, the ref today was as one sided as i have seen. The amount of offsides given against us was crazy, half of them not even close to being offside, then there was the 'penalty' that not a single player on either team claimed for yet was given. Even Bayern Moneys players were laughing at it!
Also, he sent Sean O'Neill off for absolutely nothing. disgraceful.

Agree with all that Square said.
Think that we done very well, last season we could easily have been beat by these boys with the way it started. shows how much we have improved. We can hopefully take that result into next week and get a result against a very good Newpark side.
Lets keep it up.

i knew it wouldn't be long before you were on correcting that db! Cormac's just worried he's got another competitor for top goal scorer!
Thought we played well today, and could have scored plenty more. Midge could have had about 6 in the first half alone. Will be a much stiffer test next week though (if the weather holds up). Glad to see we didn't let the conor result hang over us and got back to winning ways. Great feeling with the mighty arsenal winning too.

know me to well mate . tbh i havent faced a worse team before, but we done wot we needed to and played some lovely football at times! F**k me casey was still gurning when we were 7-0 up  ;D |

il get nowhere near topgoalscorer lads. im a centre mid ffs.we honestly should have scored 15-20. midge missed at least 4 1on 1s lol. gd to put last week behind us.

Seem to be a nice bunch of lads and the manager seems to be very enthusiastic. They do try and play a bit and have a few players who look decent but defensively they are very naive. Can only improve. |
