Shea has not left the club,but due to his work commitments it has been impossible for his to be at training or most matches,so in the best interest of Northend Shamrocks the management have decided that Monk will take over the roll of manager with Bear looking after training and between them they will pick the team,but there will always be a place in this club for Shea and when his work allows him to return the club will then assess the situation and take it from there.
