Tuesday night we welcome the Homers to Dunfane, TBH were not really expecting to get anything of these guys or any of the big 3, but as ya seen what Mich done to the Champions last week, ya never know  not looking forward to it as we just about have 11 players, due to wee niggly injuries picked up through the mid-weeks. Could be missing this 1 myself, felt my right knee go again on Sat and its up like a balloon today,  also Clown possibly missing. Anyway just keep plugging away and roll on the end of the midweeks. Credit to northend tonite battled hearts out and have a very good account of themselves, alot of teams will find it tough going there n takin points easily that's for sure. Good luck the rest of the season.

Gutted not to get a point the night thought we deserved 1. Well done everyone use were all outstanding frm start to finish.There is a lot of postives to take into thurs nyt in which is a must win for both teams. Credit to Homers they showed y they will be there about in the league winning when maybe wasnt there best nyt. Wanky ur an animal in the air!!

Tbh mate, it was a case of we played and they played bad. On the night we were but ATFC is not 8 goals better than penerol, few teams would be. Good game on a bad surface, thought Northend battled for every scrap and didn't let homers have anything their own way, battle like that every week an use should be fine!!
Glad to sneak the points in the end esp when never played any great football!!
Thought gibson played well missed nothin as did macca! Good luck to Northend rest of season

big keeper isnt half bad either for use, great pen save.

Cheers Raindog. dont no how i get thro it after that week of mayhem tho . The surface suited us and evened it up imo. Just hope we can show the same fight and passion the rest of the season.
Ronny thats big spoons 3rd game and has 2 pen saves to his name already.

Didn't make it down but by all accounts yese done yerselves proud again lads. Obviously gutting not to take something but to give Homers such a game is defo something to take heart from.

Great battling team performance, unlucky to get somethin from the game, I've never seen McNeil so quite which is a credit to deo n Macca! Thought Gibson n McKay were the homers 2 best players on the night! I hear fee homers boys conplaining about my tackling! May of looked bad but I played the ball with a 2 footed sisscor!
