A well deserved point today lads, imo probably should have taken away all 3 points after being 2-1 up going into the last 15 mins until Carnlough were awarded dubvious penalty for a tackle outside the box, went through a poor 5 mins after being pegged back to 2-2 and conceded a soft third, falling to clear our lines inside the box and were punished with a 3rd goal inside 5 mins. Did well to raise our game in the last 5 mins and grab a well deserved equaliser.
Goals: H.Nutter(pen), A.Mulholland, R.Simpson

Fair enough post apart from the 3 points bit but I think our disappointment at the end said it all. Personally thought draw was fair result. Agree with you on the pen - looked outside to me. Ref gave it, went and looked and seemed to give a free kick then the pen again. He was a strange guy.
Anyway decent wee side you's have & a great bunch of lads! Good luck til the next meeting

hopefully no more of your team come on mouthing or the mod's will have to come on & issue a yellow card for team dissent. lol. unbelievable. i can honestly say i have never, ever heard that rule before.

Poor captain that fell foul on the 5th strike team dissent rule (referees terminology) then committed a foul a while after, thought the ref was going for the red card! Funny thinking back on it all. Wee air pressure gauge for the balls. Needed to go into the changing room at half time for an 8 minute break ( that's what he said). Wouldn't let the keepers run for any wide ball. Dread to think what he charged!

Dread to think what he charged! mate not just an 8 minute break, an 8 minute "sitting down" break. lol. when i gave him the flag at the end he made some comment about "just like to say thanks for all of your support." i thought it was an oscars acceptance speech or something. best ref we've had since your man Shiels last year against Sky Blues. |

He asked me at start of warm up could he check boots/shinguards. I said wait 5 as we were in a jog and obviously wasn't going to stop them. Players were in a line jogging along next think I look there was the ref following them behind checking the boots as they ran & tapping their legs with the flag for the shinguards |
