What's the views on the league reconstruction?
Personally i think it's a shambles and will make Scottish football a bigger joke than it already is.

What's the views on the league reconstruction? Personally i think it's a shambles and will make Scottish football a bigger joke than it already is. Seems a shambles. 2 leagues of 12, then change mid season to 3 leagues of 8. And a bottom league of 16. Seems no fastracking for Rangers either |

Seems no fastracking for Rangers either No i didn't think there would be either, we'll still be two leagues away from the top flight! Means we're playing what are really meaningless games for the rest of the season. I think it's Belgium and Austria who used to have this setup, and both have warned the Scottish authorities against it. For me they either have to go back to a 10 team top flight so no split, or increase the size of the top flight with again no split. |

Or us for that matter? I honestly think both clubs would thrive enormously if we got a chance to climb through the ranks of the English game but it won't happen, as much as it pains me to admit! We're stuck with whatever joke outfit they assemble with a restructure! |

The league is a total shambles. Its works out well for smaller teams with cash distribution but there is going to be more splits in the league than there is in the cloughmills camp.
Rangers wont be able to leave scotland although its good to see someone stick up for our club. I cant see much wrong with the league setup atm imo the only thing that needs to change is an spl/sfl merger into one so they are all singing of the same hymn sheet.

It's looking good for Regional leagues now with chat of a league between Belgium and Hollands top teams along with the Russian/Ukranian league apparently coming.
Would certainly be something i'd like to see happening.
