That time of the year agian. Without me having to try round too many has anyone went through this recently and know who to try first? I think I am with Hughes at the minute.

I was with McCarrol McConnel for about 10 years there (Pennybridge estate is where they hang out now) but decided to do the whole internet search and sign up thing.f**king disaster!!Signed up with that Hughes crowd. . . . .everything great,not bad quote,set up my wee DD,paid deposit and went on my way. Month later this joker rings me saying bank details wrong.Long story short this happened 3,yes three feckin months wi some wa wa spoutin hure from Newtonards ringing me saying the details were wrong and had admin charges to pay.Paid them twice being all apologetic etc.... ....third time told him ' Hi boy i hope this is being recorded for customer feed back cos yous are a bunch o f**kin robbin cowboys that can't get banks details right but yese can get them right when i'm paying your f**kin admin charges. Now stick your policy tae f**k and i'll never do business with your lot again. Went back to McCarrol McConnel, got a better covered deal for over a hundred quid less! Lesson learned...better the devil you know! |
