No lol was in today sparring and save to say way all the upcoming talent id get me s**t knocked in lol.Stick to sparring and footie training.Getting old :-).Cant train like them guys 6days a week .John Sheil got beat by decision way French guy.Greg Loughran lost in 1st round so Cathal Pendred is last fight against a Brazilian here

Dunno like boxing theres a s**t load of events and belts.Next week the rankings will change but hes only around lower top 10 last i looked.I can always say my first fight the guy who beat me beat Cathal few weeks before ;-) i should never of fought him in my debut :-)good learner but :-).There's bit of drama in Cardiff tonight saying John Sheil never got beat on points and was a fix plus calling for drug tests on the French guy and Greg never tapped even a judge says he didnt but the ref thought he did and stopped it,not going down well.Is this cos the Irish whipped ass!! .Could of been 7 outta 7 they wouldnt of like that :-)Be interesting to see Tues night

As most will know going by bakebook its the Australia v UK 'the smashes finale' tonight live on ESPN at 2am.Love for Norman to win .He's got 1 tough fight but more than capable.Finally get to see the coaches lock horns to :-) deffo few beers around the town and crowd gathered infront of the tv come 2am .:-)

Its been pretty poor anyway, some complete rockets in that house though. Mate of mine in work whos a massive UFC fan was saying the viewing figures of the Nelson TUF are have dipped big time and they are talking about ditching the whole set up if the next one that starts in January goes the same way. |

Title fight at it too!! still pile of tickets for it.Line up is poor matey maybe worst ever some have said and Dana White etc won't be there.Still be good but UFC is for Dublin either end of 2013 or 2014 they have promised and will be a proper UFC like last time they came not UFC on Fuel.I did Palhares and Pearson to win never bothered touching the rest.Freakshow is good he doesnt need to impress in a semi final he just needs to get in the final,no risks just get job done.Whittaker looks good but havent seen him tested.The black guy X embarrased himself getting a 2nd shot and curling up like a bitch from a punch that barely connected and it wasn't even in the drop zone area that floored him(he didnt want to be in there).Scott will give him a fight tonight but probley right pele thats a good price.Think we all know Norman's gamplan dont stand and trade he has black belt in judo and did proper wrestling before mma so has great takedown.Just need to keep busy on top and stop it from standing.I don't think he will finish freakshow any other way than a points win.Can't wait good nights tv lads :)the weigh ins etc are on you tube.Pearson will win by Ko  |

Just watched The Ultimate Fighter as i though Sonnen is a brill coach but never seen as many good fighters on a TUF .Some big stars gonna come out of this :-)havent a clue who will win..

Yeah he looked good but he fought one of the weaker fighter's.The guy that got beat last night is supposed to have the best standup.He got bossed by the last pick.Just cos you get a cracker ko means nothing.Don't be fooled way it ;-)But he looked sharp.I think he is weak mentally though and will play a factor as in not resting being calm enough and could cost him against like's off guys threw to next rd.Guy that near lost his leg when younger is my fav if he stays injury free

On yer man hall with the reilly ko, not meaning to spoil anything, but a lad i know who's fanatical about UFC was saying Dana White tweeted a few months ago before the series aired that apparently there was a guy in the house who put more than 1 fighter in hospital through the series  |

On Sonnen, as ive said before im not a massive UFC follower although I love TUF, the same guy was telling me before the series that sonnen was a real slabber (showed me a few cracking YouTube clips too) and that he really would get under jones skin but so far he's came across really well and seems a decent spud!
Think part of the reason I enjoy TUF so much is usually the coaches not getting on,
Really enjoyed the Koscchek (?) and GSP comp a couple years ago.
