Sonnen is pure class!! he just rips everyone apart and doesnt give a fck about it. Don't fancy staying up till 5or6 in the morn so will sky+ it to fck. Hope Silva gets the beat. Will be intresting to see the reaction Sonnen gets especially if he wins lol.

lol.He's best talker in sport since Ali.If he gets beat easy my god will he look a tool.Some of his you tube trash talks are unreal i watched a few.He thinks he's immortal.lol..Was was planning to sky plus it but last time i did that i got up on the Sunday morn big fry sat down watching away once it got to main event they were just entered the cage them..............cut of.Talk about rippin so not taking a chance :-)

Think the last time he banged her clown was way his fist and she threatened court till he started all sorts she on oxycontin.Then she dropped it.The girl has swallowed have the porn worlds cum and s**t about drug abuse(CRACKER)they have twin girls(unlucky for him)lol.Just woke from a nap thats me on the beers :-).Hate Silva so think i will go for this nutter Sonnen although clown prob right he will get knocked clean out i keep thinking to.Like to see Tito win as well.Bit of boxing on the tele tonight as well to get us warmed up :-)

Couple lads I work with follow UFC big time, one even flew over to Vegas last year for an event. Although I love watching the ultimate fighter I'm not that fussed on the main events.

You serious mitty i know if you dont understand wrestling or jiu jitsu the ground game can look like dry humping and folk don't notice the submission/countersubmissions and how hard it is.But most main cards and even other fights are really good.Late injuries have spoilt some cards but i think if they get Silva v Bones Jones its a must see and bigger than last nights .Its prob gonna be like boxings Pacman v Mayweather dif is UFC gives the fans the fights they want so expecting this around New Year :-)been to 5 UFC's in Ireland and UK and the atmosphere and set up is different class.Love to hit Vegas :-)

I lost interest when they started having a big card every few weeks,hard to keep up with now. Think with the tv specials, the ppv and the ultimate fighter there is too much of it on now

Totally get your point though about the ground game, I understand how technically difficult the ground game is and some of the submission moves are superb,I just can't be arsed sitting through alot of it. Seen a few of yer man Bones Jones fights and like warching fighters like him but thats about.
I'd love to be able to force myself to really get into into but it just ain't happening.

Anyone reading the Guardian about Norman Parke from IMMA getting into the the Ultimate Fighter house i was in tonight and he said its not on FX its on ESPN next Wed at 12am.Deffo worth a sky plus.Kinda like a male Big Brother house half UK half Ozzies but get to beat the s**t out of each other and plenty of testosterone for those who never watched 1.Good tv :-)

Yes mate.White Collar and then this.Two cracker nites out.In sparring Saturdays again way Boydy etc last 3weeks now Rovers back to near full strength keeps me fit on Sat and fills in me Wed nites .Bus going from Ahoghill to it,good card missed the last 1 away on a stag :-)

Yes m8 2 in cage in Newry semi pro 1 against Kieran Morgan he's still unbeaten and he beat Cathal Pendred All Ireland champion 4weeks before it.He wasnt even ment to be my opponent i only heard half way to Newry he was after lad pulled out way ankle injury that day.He was 4-0 at the time but fek it not letting Rod waste the petrol and ripped on. 1 in Ramble Inn although it was amatuer no ground and pound and was in a ring.Fought way a broken toe from fight in Newry 9days before.Had tickets sold and all to friends and family and didnt want to pull out.Although mind games kicked in was i doing the right thing.Never 100% after weeks of training going in anyways.Cutting weight i couldnt even road run and ended up drinking epsom salts to give me the s**ts etc to keep me weight down lol.Ended up winning to top it off was lucky though.Guy i beat is fighting for belt at next Clan Wars.Would have kicked myself had i lost and blamed the toe ;-)I loved it but then with injurys and stuff had to jack it in.Nothing serious now just for fitness and bit of fun(getting ass whooped)lol
