;D I probably wound have picked beckham in the squad, purely for PR and maybe even a little sentimental reasons. I would Guess when Seb Coe and the rest of the committee heard he wasnt picked they spent hours banging their heads off the Walls in their offices as no doubt they had plently of ideas of how to exploit him in every advert possible, I would say they probably wouldve sold more tickets for the gb games too I he'd been there.
