Just back from a first class session on the beach. Big Paul took an excellent session and all the lads dug really deep.

Have to admit that is the first time in alot of years i actually felt sick in a training session, the sand dune doggies were ridiculous ;D i was going sideways at one stage The dip in the water was top class after it  Good to see the Michelin lads down even if they did go early, that session will def help them in their relegation battle this season. |
