Wee break in session tomorrow night just to blow the cobwebs away ;D before the heavy stuff starts next week. Talking to Shea today and he was telling me he will be running pre season like an army camp and has already splashed out on some new wheels.  |

Big Carlton couldn't handle you Kendawg, i stopped counting when your sixth went in ;D Butter them up 1st pele then hit them hard after a few weeks you should know that  Big Rush done well good to see him there, always refreshing to see new faces at training always gives the place a lift. |
