Cocky has not left the Sky Blues but he has indeed signed for the Welders and made his debut for them on Saturday which is no surprise as he has been in brilliant form for us of late and will have no trouble adjusting to their level , we all at the Sky Blues wish him well ,great lad as we as a excellent footballer.

How many teams is Cocky going to sign for in his life. He's worse than Anelka. He has played for more teams than anybody I know and he's still got plenty of years left in him as he's not exactly old. Come on Cocky. Be fair. When you sign for another team, at least give them back the tracksuit top. Take your point Alex about him being a very good player as I have played against and alongside him many a time, but does it not get on your wick that after 3-4 months of signing for you and doing the business he's away to some other team that he might not hang about at. Yea, I know he'll play for the Sky Blues when available, but doesn't help you to get a settled team. Think he needs to show a bit more loyalty and commitment to one team. I have always had a rule that whoever I sign for I stick it out 'til the end of the season unless it's blatantly obvious that i'm not wanted (which hasn't happened thankfully - they always need somebody to carry the waterbottles ;D ;D) Anyway, hope it works out for you Cocky.

to tell the truth header i left the sky blues for the welders cause of the standard of football and as u said i am still young so y not play at the highest standard you can. also the sky blues will always be my team in the saturday morning legue cause in 4 r 5 years time if we keep all r players we will be the best in the league no doubt cause are average age in the team is only bout 23 r 24.

to tell the truth header i left the sky blues for the welders cause of the standard of football and as u said i am still young so y not play at the highest standard you can. Totally agree with you Cocky. As a player you have to play at the highest standard offered and if you're good enough continue to play at that level for as long as possible. My only point is that you would have to admit that you have played for quite a number of teams over the past few years, and I feel the best way to progress in football is to play at the highest level you can and stick with that team for as long as possible. also the sky blues will always be my team in the saturday morning legue Have to agree with The Cat on this one. I never thought you were a RSB man at all but if you say you are I am in no position to challenge you. cause in 4 r 5 years time if we keep all r players we will be the best in the league no doubt cause are average age in the team is only bout 23 r 24. I think every team in the league could say at one stage they "would have the best team in the league in 4 or 5 years time if all the players stuck together" but in reality it's not the case. I would be surprised Cocky if you are there in 4 or 5 years (unless you have run out of teams to sign for which might be a possibility). Anyway back to the point. Hope it works out for you and I might get another kick at you sometime. On another point but still on January transfers, I heard a rumour (although it was on New Years Eve that I heard it ), that Sammy Neill was leaving to join another Randalstown team. Any truth Alex

Marty Clark, Stuart Reid, and William Neill signed for the Sky Blues last night ,we welcome them all to this great wee club Marty of course is no stranger to us he brings a wealth of experience to us but due to work commitments he has not been available to now, Stuart is a very talented player and I have no doubt he will do well for us William is only 16 but is already over 6 ft tall and has the makings of a very good keeper . We felt the time was right to take stock and felt the squad although very young and talented ,it was light in numbers and with Cocky joining Welders Daryl out with a bad injury we where getting to close to the wire . More signings will follow in the next few weeks or if you think you have what it takes to play in the top part of the 1st division you will be made very welcome at the club and given a chance to show what you can do . Training is on Mon and Wed nights

cocky, fair play to you. good enough to play for welders and no reason he cant play higher again. playing at that standard regularily will improve your game as it would any1 elses.
ps try not to get fined a weeks wages again lol
there are some gypsy touts about that need to wind their necks in...im not saying any names...! obviously castletown are feeling the heat at the top and feel the need to do so, suppose that comes with having an ageing team
