i was down at the showgrounds there now to look at the pitch, and it looks in great nick, no surface water anywhere on the pitch, so barring any deluges of rain from now til sat, i cant see any reason as to why it wont be on. but then again we all know what the showgrounds are like!!!

what yese think??
played well for bits, tried to pass, but have to be disappointed with some players will to get ripped in, 1st time ever ive seen a saints team come 2nd in a battle.

yeah i must admit i wasnt happy with the attitude of a couple of boys, who were just scared to get stuck in, and ultimately they let the whole team down. that was the difference between the two teams. that said homers are a very good side, and personally i think the title is theirs to lose. 6 points against us in a season is no mean fete.

BFP had to do nets as we had no keeper (all 3 missing). He did well in nets, but as Lenny said he was missed up front

Why didt u play bfp? their fitness is grand pele, they have been training twice a week since their last game which was in december. truth be told i thought before the game that out fitness would tell over them, but they totally matched us for fitness. very good side and will be hard for anyone to beat. |
