Your right rab. 21?? We had 9 last night. And 3 were away out refreshers night so we only average 13-15. Good size a squad use have there.

i only pick players who train,i wudnt pick a better player who wont train, u dont train u dont play, maybe that has effected us result wise,i know it happened bit before but that is only fair thing to do

I am a fan of the 'dont take the piss' method. It's not quite as strict as the 'u dont train u dont play' method. rules need to be in place I know, but there are instances where leniency can and must be shown, the get out clause of having a valid excuse every so often is a must and a fair balanced judgement has to be taken at all times

Westend are a team who last sat started with 10 players who would have been in the starting 11, 2 seasons ago, with the addition being Mark Watson. I guess with that, you have players that you can trust that want to be at the club, who want to train, who you believe when then say they have something on when training is on and have no worries about picking them on a sat, I think it is rare!

I think that it's also not fair to be too strict ESP with guys who work shifts. I work shifts and would be well pissed off if my manager didn't understand this. Happened me with a few clubs I played for but I'm now finally at somewhere were manager understands work commitments. Diff if ur playing for carniny i suppose or big team like that were places are strongly contested.

work is acceptable but if a player came into ur team and was equally talented as urself and was trainin twice a week then it wud b player who trains everytime ,this is just my opinion everyones different, i disagree that its just ok for carniny and top teams ,i think thats the way a team shud b run ,again thats just my opinion and not ment to offend or piss off anyone

Suppose cliffy. Each person runs clubs diff. Makes a big diff if ur manager understands but yeah if two players same talent, it's the trainer plays every time. Just wish we trained 2 times a week. Lol.
