Looks like this season could be open of the most exciting races to the title for a long time. Instead of the Bloos and the Gurns there is anybody from 5 that could take it. I fear, even with the addtion of Peter Hutton our knackers will drop and we will far at the last hurdle. But as a football fan, you can only hope. The last round of games (5) after the split will make for good entertaining football and hoepfully will attract some bigger crowds and promote local soccer. I have already seen larger crowds both home and away at Swallytude. Looking forward to it.................as long as the Bloos and Shore Rd Mongos dont win it, and we do I'll be happy. Apart from Jeffrod, any of you lads go regulary?

We (Coleraine) could win it... We are beating all the big teams and playing better in doing so. We are getting massive crowds home and away at the minute, obviously performances have boosted that, and we are already in one cup final this season, and with a pretty good tie in the next round of the irish cup Overall a great season so far, and after the split, who knows... C'mon the bannsiders!!!!

Cant see Coleraine winning it, maybe the Irish Cup, but they certainly will do so damage to the teams aiming for the championship.
I think we are more defensively sound than we had been before with the arrival of Peter Hutton, wereas that area is the Bloos downfall. But having Thompson back is some lift. The Gurns could be the team to watch.

Glentoran are poor... i reckon the cliftonville v coleraine match on tuesday is a massive game. after that and the portadown game, we have institute and distillery at home, so im hoping for at least 4 points from solitude and shamrock park

All joking aside if the goat molestors beat chickenville on tues they have be considered contenders. Think the Crues are now out of it. With the blues being so hot and cold and the glens being s**te there will rarely be a better chance for someone outside the big two to win it. I have to say as much as I hate the c*nts Coleraine probably have the best 11 after Linfield though losing O'kane was a massive blow.
Still think Linfield have the quality to go on and win it but that'l depend on whether the manager can get his selections right.

Yeah obviously the blues have the best team & squad, but as you say, if we can get a good result on tuesday night then you never know, we have already shown we can beat the big boys, and beat them well might i add... O'Kane is a great player, pity he seems to be on the bench alot playing for Torquay. If we can keep Carson, Patterson & Boycey fit then we have a chance, but other than our 1st eleven and mayb two others, we are shy of quality, plus we have a cup final to look forward to, and a good tie in the irish cup!! I think Cliftonville will fade tbh, perhaps along with ourselves. In their great run of results they havent played the big teams the same as we have, and Eddie Paterson has had a wee rant about his ability to lift the players... Perfect time to swoop 2moro nite...

sum run by the coleraine ... ballymena fans missed another defeat , hope the 2nds won ;D terrible season by bmena so far Aye think dungannon were gutted that the 15 of them wernt going, but there was no racist chanting last night and no ballymena fans so read between the lines ;D Another fantastic result for coleraine n patterson keeps on doin it (the dirty stinking rotten smelly glentoran c*nt ) Blues were superb last nite as well though especially after losing pisol to an awfull refereeing decision in the first half. Crues are the dirties bunch of thugs in the league how they finished with 11 men last nite is beyond me

I heard Thompson elbowed big Coates...?? And if he didnt then its about time something went against Linfield, since they get most decisions Aye, we win the two games in hand, and we are 2nd... Got Bohemians at home on saturday, then our next three league fixtures are Portadown, Institute then Distillery... Looking good

No question that Coleraine can raise their game against the bigger teams. The games against Distilley and stute will give an indication of whether they can challenge or not. Hearing that Patterson may be trying to get out of his pre contract agreement wi the scum. Not sure if ther is any truth in that or wheter an English club is involved or what.
There may have been contact but I have been watching Peter for years and elbowing is not his style. Id like to see it on the highlights but I dont think it was justified. If he did do him then its a pitty he didnt hit him harder as Coates was going out of his way to maim Linfield players last nite. How he didnt get sent off il never know.

your right there, the games against the s**t teams is our problem, look at the start of the season, if we hadnt lost against lesser opposition, we would be clear at top now... its crazy to think that we are title contenders, but the players must think that and try and grab this opportunity.
well rumour around coleraine is that he was possibly having a change of heart, and thinking about staying at the showgrounds. we have offered the exact same as what glens did, and he has been told that no matter what any other club offernd him, we will match it. fair enough if he wants to go back over the water, but i dont see why he would move to any other irish league teams... hes from strabane, so its handy. also in my opinion, he gets the best service in the league for a striker. anyway, time will tell...

its hard to tell from that video, would like to see it from the other side, though on first viewing it does look harsh.
