What do all other celtic and rangers fans think of plans to form an atlantic league I personally think its a good idea as the spl is boring and it would be good to have a bit more competition

Duno so far the plans have been very vague. More detail would need to be released before I could give it my support. i cant see it happening there has been so much talk over the years. Are rangers and celtic really going to give up there chance of playing in the champions league and the money that comes with it.
For me The Atlantic league would be a glorified version of the uefa cup. Might be good for a few years but i think the initial buzz would die off. As I say though its hard to say when so little detail has been released!

I think the money that would come from the Atlantic league would be significantly higher than what we recieve at the moment from the Champions league as this league would have quite a high TV audience

We have to remember that it is becoming increasingly unlikely that either club will receive much Champions League money as even the Champions face qualifying rounds before gaining entry from this season on I think, something we'll struggle to do!!
Sadly I think the longer this situation goes the less money either club will generate and both will slip further into decline. They are both s**te at the moment as it is!!!!

i would love to see it happen. a change is definitly what the old firm need. theres no money in the spl. fact.id rather see them in an english league which would be better for away fans. one things for sure, wer both gradually getting worse and something has to give cause im getting fed up going to watch that pish at the weekend.
