Just shows how good carniny are. All the distractions from the junior competitions and they will still walk the league.

they must be bored winning s m l have they not the balls to step up a flight Wouldnt be as harsh as that but you'd wonder were the motivation is. Maybe if they win the shield they'll move on. What is it 5/6 in a row & no doubt multiple cups with it. Great side. Would they go to the afternoon league in ballymena or into the amateur leagues. Surely it'd be better for them in the long run anyway as it doesn't appear there's much to challenge them in this league & being tested more often would surely make them even better. At the end of the day its not their fault they're too good for this league & pretty sure its got nothing to do with balls or lack of balls that they havent moved up.

Not this again. Woof it's not as easy as jus saying lets move up a flight. There are a lot of requirements you have to meet. As for moving to afternoon league or amateur league we r happier playing local teams in the morning as you get the rest of your sat to yourself. And tbh is the afternoon league even a step up.
Oh yeah, no we don't get bored!

What requirements? You'd be going into Div 2C in Amateur League. And as for the other bit, no ambition. Big fish in small pond syndrome.

i honestly think saturday mornin league is improving each year as junior shield/cup would prove and amatuer league is maybe worse than our 1st div imo. certain leagues need a fence etc around ur pitch i think.

The only move for carniny should be into intermediate football. No point moving to 2a,b or c of amateur or the junior divisions in the afternoon league. A sideways move i dont see the point in. For me though i'd love to see them try at intermediate level. As has been said though there are certain requirements to make that move.

Away and catch yourself on. Lower divisions yes, but the divisions that teams with ambition strive to get into are miles ahead.

Aye we get it easy alright.......bulls**t!!
How many points behind saints?
As I've said before, why should we try for higher league? If and that is a massive if we win junior shield/cup a few times then maybe consider micing up. Also we need move grounds to meet certain league standards, as for the ballymena afternoon league? No point cos it's not a bigger step up IMO opinion.

Exactly goarm and doodle, players play where it suits and for most in the sat morning it suits.
Me nor my team mates play in this league cos they think it's easy, we as a club know it's far from that, despite wat outsiders think!

after the 6-0 win for carniny against all saints in the cup you can understand why pele is rattled! He was a teenager the last time he was top of the first division, some 28 years ago

Moylena one game left against Carniny shuld be an easy 3 points for us. Clough, Westend and Ahoghill Rovers all have 4 games left and are 8 points, 9 points and 11 points behind. Clough to play Homers, Carniny, Sky Blues and Shore Westend play Carniny, Ballykeel, Sky Blues and Abbeyview Ahoghill Rovers play Shore, Michelin, Ballykeel, Glenarm Interesting run in. I think Westend could draw level with Moylena and honestly think Ahoghill Rovers could win all 4 of their games and go a point ahead.

It's very tight Stevie.
We dropped too many stupid points over the season although we've still got a sliim chance of making it, i'm sure we'll give it a go.
In saying that i'd be fairly certain Moylena have it well wrapped up.

Apart from the top 2/3 teams, the rest find it very difficult to string a run of wins together

We were hoping for a slip up yesterday which would have gave us a great chance but it never came
