I disagree, every manager has to earn respect!!...you don't get that with not making obvious selections for the good of the team. It's quite clear you havnt the minerals to make big decisions which will come to fruition next season!

Players have to perform to get respect just like managers have to make good decisions to gain respect. By starting bale on sat after being the worst player on the pitch in his previous game would not get my respect!!!...don't think your going to cut it big man! |
