the training i have seen in the saturday morning league that i like the look off is Carniny Rangers playing on a full pitch, playing high tempo games, just like they do on a saturday, the play and situations you get into are the same as what happens on a saturday, i know you have to do other training stuffs but having that at least once a week is in my opinion gonna benefit you come matchday. Having rules in training where you are only allowed to score 3 yards from goal or any other yardage is not encouraging players to shoot, and there are groans of discontent if you do shoot, this has a negative effect on scoring goals on a saturday where players will be in the mindset to try and find that extra pass rather than shoot and which is part of the reason why we find our dead ball specialist central defender as top goalscorer. Attacking play and attacking training has to be worked at especially now marcus is injured and I am gone, that was 60 goals last year and 50 the year before that.

Where do you get facilities to play full pitch training sessions?? They take the full mugga pitch at wakehurst. Carniny have the luxury of having too many players who can make this type of training possible.
