so away to sky blues this saturday for chance to get to the semis of junior shield sky blues on good run of form atm, and dont care what anyone says....u dont get to last 8 of junior shield without deserving to get there. be hard game for us esp down in the brook, and i just hope we have enough on the day to win  mon the wee half a team |

Should be pele my knee has been the problem n a consultant i was talkin to says could always be but since leg pressin etc in gym its got slightly better n can actually run a wee bit so fingers crossed. def has been a long road back but its only just past a year there on sat n it was a bad break/complications so im glad even to be walkin lol might get kick against use this yr  |

Homers were winning 3-1 when i left.
The big Sky Blues keeper cost them but the team battled hard and after Bruce scored with a bullet header, they had a chance to get something.
Overall Homers deserved their win i thought.

well done homers . fully deserved the win . unlucky blues
wee squeak nearly opened the scoring way a great effort . blues miss clarke in nets . homers created sum chances but the strikers werent in the right position at the right time . .
bruce got a great header to make it 2 1 , i thought homers mite rue them misses . but blues never tested studs.
homers are flyin in this shield ... no chimpy,rusty,john,keith,mcvicker,foggy,gibson. so they def have a big squad gathered up .
tho mcvicker and john cant play in shield .

Well done to the Homers today sometimes you just have to admit when you get beat by a better team.
Things could have been different if squeaks effort went in although a great save by Studdsy.
We battled hard and gave it a go but in the end it wasn't to be, good young team there though ( bar me obviously !!) so hopefully we can continue the building process.
Great to see the BSML being represented so well.... Hopefully the shield ends up at the league dinner.

Can't say much more that Tallboy or Pele tbh....boys are absolutely gutted....but we lack that wee bit of experience which will come and today will hang long in the young teams memory....I feel it will drive us on !!!!
Best team won hands down....and I for 1 wish them all the best against Valley #bsml
and I'll take responsibilty in the build up....players wernt to blame....these boys will come back harder,tougher,fitter and more determined than before #rsbfc
