Finally a home game  and against our last seasons div 2 rivals, Looking forward to it as we have a free this week, it is still a week away! No Donko, times have changed at Shore, It will be interesting to see what happens. Im fvcked off I missed the mid weeks and the games cant come quick enough! |

Big game tomorrow, shore bottom of the league, how, Ill never know! they were a serious force to be reckoned with last year so a very tough game for us is expected. A good turn out at training last night and a really really good couple of training sessions this week will no doubt stand us in good stead, A win and we'll move up this table, Come on Westend! |

Westend Athletic 4 - 1 Shore Wanderers M Handford, D Currie, G McIlroy, M Watson How we were not 5-1 down in the first half Ill never know but there you go, 3 goals in 20 mins finished these boys off, they were not a bit happy about it but that is admirable, the way they dont give up and always fight to the death. With that attitude for a full season Id put my money on Shore staying up, though Im not sure if they just keep that attitude for Westend games  All the best Shore |

Sub today, played 20 mins at the end, had 2 shots from outside the box, one went over, the other one really went over I was round knocking doors in fisherwick after the match, I got it back you'll be glad to hear |

I know! It was 12:30pm and I knocked 3 doors and all 3 were 30+ mums still wearing their Pyjama's A big shout out to Dave Currie for scoring his 3rd goal in 3 games and Gary McIlroy for scoring 2 in 2. Mark Watsons goal was fantastic, real quality taking the ball the whole way from our half and putting it past the shore keeper. It is finally starting to come together |

Shore Wanderers v Westend Athletic @ Allen Park, Antrim
This game sees last years division 2 rivals battle it out for Division 1 points, Shore won both league games last season but lost out in the league title play off final in injury time. Shore, currently lay one from bottom but this doesnt tell the full story, if they win their 2 games in hand they can go 5th. Last week saw them beat Abbeyview 4-1 away from home and they are in form with their last 5 games WWLWW, the loss being a 4-3 cup defeat by Harryville Homers, shore are a team definitely on the up! The teams have already met this season with Westend coming away 4-1 winners with Shore missing a host of chances. With the cups now out of the way for Westend their league form has been DWWWD gaining a much deserved point against championship contenders Harryville Homers last week. Looking at defensive & Goal scoring records having played 10 games each, shore have conceeded 49 league goals to Westends 19, shore have scored 16 to Westends 21. All in all a close, hard fought game is expected.
